About
A calmer way to grow, together.
MMTMM helps you plan days that fit the energy you actually have, move toward the goals that matter, and stay close to the people who help you get there.
The problem
Most planners assume every day is the same and that you are doing it alone. You plan eight hours of focused work after a week of short nights, fall short, and feel worse about it.
Meanwhile the people who would gladly help often have no idea you are struggling, and a feed full of other people's highlights doesn't help either.
What the app does
Four small habits, each taking a minute or two.
Side quests
Pick a few things to do today, each tied to one of five areas of life: physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and professional & financial. Each one can count toward a bigger goal.
A plan that fits
MMTMM checks today's plan against your recent sleep and today's energy. After a rough week, it tells you when less is enough.
An evening close
One minute at night: how the day felt, how you slept, and notes that stay private, always.
Your circle
Share the signal, never the story. The people closest to you see how your day is going (only what you choose), so they know when to show up.
Why we made it
MMTMM started with two people. Paarth and Amy wanted a simple way to plan their days, keep each other honest about their goals, and notice when the other was having a hard one.
The name is an acronym for how the two of them tell each other “I love you.” It's a little embarrassing, so what the letters stand for stays between them.
The idea behind it isn't a secret. We want to spread that same kind of love and connection as widely as we can, on purpose: not a thousand friends you barely know, but a few people who really know how you're doing and show up for you.
What we believe
Wellbeing comes first, and good work follows from it. People who sleep, recover, feel supported and plan honestly do their best work, and keep doing it.
So MMTMM measures wellbeing, not output. It helps you understand your own progress, and helps the people and communities around you support you better.
Where it's going
From two people, to circles of friends, to whole communities such as a university's first-year class. At every step, you decide what leaves your hands.
Yours
Personal
Your goals, side quests, journal and mood. Private to you, and the source of insights about yourself.
Shared by you
Your circles
Only what you choose to share, with the specific people and communities you choose to share it with. You can change it any time.
Never individual
Communities
Leaders see the culture as a whole, such as how stretched people are during exams and where support is needed, never a specific person. Groups too small to stay anonymous aren't shown.
We will never sell personal data, build advertising profiles from it, or let anyone use MMTMM to monitor individuals.
What we hope it does
Days that fit. Plans sized to real capacity, so finishing feels normal instead of rare.
Goals that move. Small, honest steps that add up over months and years.
People who notice. Friends and partners who can support you without having to ask.
We will not use streak-shaming, endless feeds or public like counts. We will count it as success when circles are still checking in on each other months from now.
